Lack of sleep-related side-effects such as headaches, low energy, focus struggles, poor work performance and more are caused by poor-quality sleep.
The product stimulates the body’s central nervous system, allowing the body to produce melatonin, endorphins, and enhance the brain wave. It uses an electric wave therapy that stimulates the cerebral cortex through micro-current, regulates emotions, reduces anxiety, and helps you to fall asleep faster and get a quality night’s sleep.

Having tried almost everything else for long-term sleep issues, I was a bit skeptical. Melatonin and SSRIs never worked. However, I tried a Realsleep device and after first few uses all skeptical thoughts disappeared. My deep sleep quality increased, my mood was on top and funny thing, I never wanted to work so bad before. Great product.

I have tried all solutions on planet earth for a better sleep. Pills, meditations, room set-up, but eventually nothing worked. My deep sleep was low and mornings were groggy. I was hopeless about the fact that I’ll be able to get back to the performance I’ve had in my 20s. Until I found Realsleep device…I started to use it and my life started to pick up like it’s some kind of magic! Relationship with my family, work, health…It felt like in my deepest dreams that I had a hard time getting…Thank you so much for this amazing product! I’m recommending it for my friends for sure.

Let’s be real with each other. Regular melatonin use can be problematic in the long term. These supplements are synthetic or animal-derived, which isn’t the same as your own melatonin.
Some ‘sleep aids’ add to the problem, making you feel groggy or drowsy. Some are mislabeled and mess with your natural hormones.
But you might have tried them anyway because you’re so tired of no sleep or energy.
There is another way, a way to get natural sleep.
The longer it goes on, you feel like it’s getting worse. You dread the evening because you know you’re going to be in for another long and exhausting night. You feel stressed that your brain isn’t working the way you want it to. Everything might feel like its falling apart.
The worry and fatigue from sleeplessness start to take their toll in the mornings. You don’t feel like your happy self, and it might be starting to affect your relationships.
“It’s effective in that it can shift your circadian clock. But I am a strong believer in avoiding taking exogenous melatonin. First of all, it’s been well documented that many of the supplements that contain melatonin have far too much — 3 to 6 milligrams is a massive dose. Typically, the body makes very little melatonin.”

"Now, it can be somewhat efficacious, but the studies are equivocal. The US government does not regulate it, and from one different vendor to the next, the melatonin concentration relative to the bottle can be anywhere between 80% less to 460% more. So, it's a bit of a wild west, and you have to be quite careful. Most people tend to typically overdose with melatonin; they tend to typically take maybe five mg or 10 mg."
